You're passionate about art, and want to land your next role in the industry. We can help.

  • Step 1. Adjust Your Outlook

First we'll help you create clarity in your goals, intentions and daily habits, even if you currently have a very busy schedule.

Every successful business has systems and daily routines in place to ensure advancement. In like manner, your success as a professional artist will largely depend on your daily actions working in harmony with your goals and dreams.

With our support you will build the best routine for yourself possible that will keep you feeling motivated, organized, and focused.

  • Step 2. Improve Your Portfolio

Next we’ll help you create a portfolio that will win over your next client/ studio.

We’ll give you useful feedback on your artwork, and empower you with outreach strategies that are proven to get a response. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced, we’ll show you how to hook the attention of your client/ viewer before you even interview with them.

We’ve seen even the best artists’ portfolios get overlooked at times when they compete with other artists for a role. Our strategy and aim is to drastically decrease the probability of that happening, giving you a more fair opportunity to be hired.

  • Step 3. Improve How You Sell

Lastly we'll show you how to always find clients and studios who will consistently want to pay you for your skills.

We do this by getting clear on what you want to do with your abilities, thinking about who would logically need your abilities, and refining the way you communicate and negotiate as a professional with those individuals, that way you will be able to confidently charge what you feel you deserve.

The world is a very big place, and there are many opportunities being created each day. Our aim is to train you to see them so you’ll never need to worry about where your next paid project is coming from.

An Artist First,
Businessman Second

Hi, I’m David,

I’m an illustrator from New York.

I’ve been in the industry since 2012 working contractually in the games and comics industry, and I’ve done talent recruitment/ portfolio reviews, marketing and sales for many years.

In 2017, I founded my company because I saw a pattern in the questions I received about how to become a better illustrator on my social media.

Most of the artists I spoke with had one thing in common.

A lack of confidence...

In their artwork, and/or in their ability to make it as a professional artist.

I believe we as artists spend a lot of time on our craft trying to improve, as we should.

But often, we still find ourselves unprepared to succeed in the industry because the education system is not teaching us how to secure work in the business world, and the modern day application process puts artists at a disadvantage.

Because of this, I’ve made it my mission to help artists learn a few focused intentions and activities that they can do systematically just like any other business, so they always have work whenever they need it.
